Post 110: look back on 2020 progress

I almost forgot about this! -.- (And also not very chatty because I have to do other things and I feel so overwhelmed - might edit later).

January + I started off the year by doing remakes for my 2019 icons (also I ended the year by doing remakes for my 2020 icons). + Just follow my 2020 tags and you'll find my remakes that I have done - and all the posts I made this year. February + For February, I had two posts, where I expanded to different fandoms that I haven't iconed before. March + This month, I had two posts, one where I was trying to do 100 different fandoms for a whole year and I somehow stopped after 35 days (lol) and the other post were for various contests. April + This month, I had one post for my various icontests I participated in. May + This month, I had one post but it's a combination for April and May icontests and battle that I participated in. June + This month, I had one post and I discoverd how much I love negative space. July +I didn't realize this but I didn't create any icons in July or most likely all icons created  in July were added to the August post. August + I think I was trying to go for more complex icons, just one post for all the icontests that I have entered in.  September + Somein30 was created and I really enjoyed entering in that (as well as stocklove_ic). October + I created two posts for the month of October. November + I had one post for November and decided to expand to different fandoms and tried more complex icons. December + I have two posts for December - one for all the icontests that I have entered in and battle that I have done, gifts I created as secret santa and also a post for my remade icons. Closing Thoughts + I feel like I have grown as an icon maker, and tried working on text work, complex compositions and trying to step out of my comfort zone. I had tons of fun doing this. + To work on: I still want to work on text work (so uncomfortable with that), blocking, complexity, step out of my comfort zone for sure! ^Same closing thoughts that I had last year. Also: + To finish my fandom_365 entries! Previous Best of Icons: 2020|2019|2018|2017| 2016 | 2015 Please do not recommend any previous best of icons when recommending icons for bestof_icons!
